Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and special delivery fees may applied for remote sites.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Petmobile is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Petmobile is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Canada.


Return Policy

Petmobile offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

14 DAYS:

All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 calendar days after the merchandise was bought.


When you return items to receive a refund, Petmobile does not cover shipping costs related to sending or receiving packages. In any case, shipping fees will be covered by the customer. Customers are responsible for the returned items until they reach their destination. Petmobile is not responsible for lost or damaged items.


Refunds are issued monetarily, through the initially used payment method.

Your receipt must accompany your returned item(s) for us to process your refund correctly.

All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in an unworn condition before they can be accepted for a refund.

We do not accept returns on litter, toys, food and accessories for birds, fish or rodents, or special custom orders.
